Naughty Nibble Returns and Refunds Policy

We aim to guarantee your complete satisfaction with your Naughty Nibble purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for refunds

Cancelation and returns

Please be mindful that our Naughty Nibbles are made to order. You are able to cancel your order up to 2 days prior to day of dispatch (this includes weekends). We are unable to issue a refund if you cancel your order within 2 days from dispatch.

Naughty Nibble sells custom, perishable goods. For this reason, all orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item is damaged or faulty. See Damaged or faulty products below.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Changes

Any changes to your order must be sent by email to hello@naughtynibble.com.au at least 2 days prior from dispatch date. We will always try to accommodate where possible however requests made after this cut off period may not be accepted.

Incorrect Order

In the rare event where we have sent out the wrong order e.g. completely different order, we will either offer a free re-delivery or store-credit.

Damaged or faulty products

In the rare circumstance that your order is delivered to you damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@naughtynibble.com.au Contact must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Provide us with your order number and photo evidence of the damaged product. We look into all complaints thoroughly and will request that you return the product to receive a refund. Please note that all refunds need evaluation and approval from Naughty Nibble.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@naughtynibble.com.au

 

Shipping & Postage

All of our orders are shipped via Aus Post express service. Please understand that we do not provide refunds for postage delays or issues caused by our selected carrier. When you place an order with us, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with using our chosen shipping service. Should we become aware of any delays, we will make every effort to notify you promptly. Please be aware that our estimated delivery time of 1-2 business days for Capital Cities and 2-4 business days for Major Areas (from the dispatch date) is approximate and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for an incomplete or inaccurate address. If the Nibble is returned to us by the courier due to an address error on the customer’s part, we are unable to resend it as it may no longer meet our freshness standards. Customers will need to place a new order if they wish to receive the Nibble. Please note that we do not issue refunds for orders affected by incorrect address and order details provided by the customer.

Deliveries

We are unable to offer a re-delivery or refund if the product was left at your door because your recipient was not able to collect it. Once a delivery is left at the specified address, we are not responsible for stolen packages or infestations under any circumstances. We strongly recommend having someone present to receive the delivery; otherwise, our couriers will leave the package at the door. If the couriers cannot find a suitable safe place to leave your package, it will be sent to the nearest post office, and you will be notified.
