Naughty Nibble Shipping Policy

Introduction
At Naughty Nibble, we’re dedicated to delivering your delicious desserts swiftly and safely. We understand how exciting it is to receive a sweet treat, which is why we take great care in packaging and shipping your orders.
Every order is shipped via Australia Post Express service. At checkout, you can select the date you want us to dispatch your order. Please be mindful, this is the date we will ship your order, not the date it will arrive at your location. For next day dispatch, orders must be made by 1pm.

You can track your Australia Post order at https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/search with your tracking number that is provided to you upon purchasing your Naughty Nibble item/s.
We charge a flat rate shipping and delivery fee of $10.00.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to NT, WA and rural areas. To see if we deliver to you, enter your delivery post code at checkout.
We do not ship internationally.
Shipping to multiple addresses:
If you wish to deliver Nibbles to multiple addresses, you will need to place individual orders for each address.
Shipping & Postage:
Please understand that while we guarantee dispatch on your selected date, delivery day/time may vary due to courier handling. Naughty Nibble is not responsible and do not provide refunds for delays or issues caused by our selected courier. When you place an order with us, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with using our chosen shipping service. Should we become aware of any delays, we will make every effort to notify you promptly.
Incorrect Shipping details
We are not responsible for an incomplete or inaccurate address. If the Nibble is returned to us by the courier due to an address error on the customer’s part, we are unable to resend it as it may no longer meet our freshness standards. Customers will need to place a new order if they wish to receive the Nibble. Please note that we do not issue refunds for orders affected by incorrect address and order details provided by the customer.
If you have entered the incorrect shipping address, please email us as soon as possible at hello@naughtynibble.com.au and we can update the shipping details of your order. Please note, you must notify us of any changes at least 2 days prior from dispatch date. We will always try to accommodate where possible however requests made after this cut off period may not be accepted.
We are unable to edit billing details once your order has been placed.
Deliveries
We are unable to offer a re-delivery or refund if the product was left at your door because your recipient was not able to collect it. Once a delivery is left at the specified address, we are not responsible for stolen packages or infestations under any circumstances. We strongly recommend having someone present to receive the delivery; otherwise, our couriers will leave the package at the door.
If the couriers cannot find a suitable safe place to leave your package, it will be sent to the nearest post office, and you will be notified. Naughty Nibble is not held responsible if your package cannot be left in a safe place. This is a decision that is made by the courier at their discretion.
